I haven’t had one of these up in a long while. Here goes:

Yes, my blog may look pretty with all of the cool pictures and gifs and lack of text posts, but there is a real person behind this blog. I write (and reblog) about things that I find interesting, I throw shade at things I find problematic, I curse a lot, I like interacting with other bloggers…

My blog may not always be about whatever latest thing that’s “cool” on this site. No fandoms or memes or homestuck. In the words of Ms. Naomi Campbell, I’m not here for that.

I blog about shit that relates to me and my interests. I like to blog about racism (because, it does still exist and is still very rampant throughout the world right now and I like to learn and bring it to other people’s attention so we can all be more aware of it and correct it), sexism, body positivity, and sex as well as films, music, and photography.

I’m a queer black female, only 19 but, damn, I feel so much older. I’ve had this blog for a year now (and it’s really weird for me to say because it doesn’t feel that long to me at all) and it’s gone through a lot of phases and changes as I as well go through different stages of my life. This is one of my creative outlets.

I’m currently a college student. I study and live in Chicago, IL right now, but I originally hail from DMV.
